Jewelry Care & Coverage

Jewelry without stones or with diamonds, rubies, or sapphires are suitable for everyday wear, though not invincible- so please take caution to avoid hard knocks, strenuous activities, or harsh chemicals.

Jewelry containing more fragile stones that rank below 8 on the moh’s scale (for example emeralds, tourmaline, opals, and garnets) require a higher degree of caution when wearing.

Lotions, perfumes, and soaps can tarnish and dull your jewelry.

To clean your jewelry, an old toothbrush and dishsoap under running water will do the trick.

For beaded necklaces (like pearls) or pieces with micromosaic glass, please refrain from getting it wet.

To protect your valuable jewelry investments, we recommend Insuring your high-value pieces. You can reach out to your homeowners or renters insurance provider as they usually offer the opportunity to include a Valuable Personal Property rider to your existing policy. Typically, providing proof of purchase should be sufficient to meet their insurance requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Premade pieces

If you are unsatisfied for any reason with a premade piece, you will be offered a full refund if notified and sent back within 10 days of receiving the order, as long as the piece has no signs of wear. In this case, shipping costs back to the original address are the responsibility of the customer.

Pieces exempt from this exchange policy are resized rings or customized designs.

Jewelry purchased through my stockists have their own return policies. Please consult them for more information.

Custom Pieces

All bespoke orders are final sale, unless the piece is found to be structurally faulty within 30 days of purchase.
